The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the funeral potatoes and chicken pot pie, which is a special on Sunday. The potatoes were so good cheesy creamy salty crunchy. It never felt greasy and I could eat it forever. The chicken pot pie was very interesting. The crispy but chewy pastry and the creamy fillings were a great combination. The price is very reasonable. Service was good. I got served quickly and you can sit anywhere you like. the food also arrived quickly. A portion of the bar has heaters so it's nice that you can choose what temperature you prefer, not to mention outdoor seating. absolutely recommend trying it out if you're in the area.

Love this place. Definitely an authentic rock/country bar that creates a feel from the '60's and 70's better than any bar I can think of in the Salt Lake City area. Deja vu. Live music on the weekends. The food is noteworthy. The service, as to reception , was a bit disappointing, though. Maybe they did not perceive me as an old hippie as I am.

This place is a hidden gem I've been meaning to try for the better part of a decade. We started out with the fried potatoes as an appetizer. These really packed a punch of flavor and I loved that it came with Utah ranch to dip. I tried the bacon and bleu burger. The burger was huge and was the tastiest I have had in a long while. I'm always searching for the next great burger and this was it! Parking can be a challenge, but recommend coming on a day for lunch or a weekday night.

Really cool atmosphere. Old and rustic. Great place for a cocktail. The staff was courteous and took care of us. The food was good. It's basic bar food but good. I really enjoyed the bacon cheeseburger

Visited Garage on Beck during our weekend visit to SLC. Yelp Army highly recommended the place so we gave it a try. We visited on a Saturday afternoon hoping to catch a game, cold drinks and some lunch. Garage had plenty of seating inside and on their patio. Bar had a good variety of beers on tap as well as local craft beer. Server was quick to take our drink order and switch to the game of our choice. We were a large party and ready to enjoy a great meal. Garage on Beck had a killer menu of burgers sandwiches and appetizers. We ordered a few appetizers and were very very good and our server kept a good eye on us to replenish drinks. All meals were very delicious, seasoned perfectly and cooked to order. Tables were serviced quickly and very clean. We enjoyed the rustic decor and classic rock music to complement the vibe. Overall, a great experience. Will visit again on our next trip.

Great service, amazing food! Such a cool place, with outdoor seating and a stage for live music. We had the spicy funeral potatoes and the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was absolutely perfect and better than I imagined. Heads up though, parking is super screwy. I took a picture of the parking map

Back at it! Happy to say that one of our favorite bars is open again. Love the rugged vibe and lovely patio on a summer evening. Their drinks are great and food is top notch. Love the grilled chicken sandwich, home cut fries and the Mormon funeral potatoes for an appetizer. Finished things off with the boozy brownie! What a great way to spend the evening. The staff is always friendly and pleased with the great service. Will be back!!
